We started Perth Partners because good advice was being sold, not given.
Too many Nigerians were paying for counsel they couldn't follow, or technology that didn't fit. We built a firm that explains itself, recommends honestly, and stays to do the work.
A small firm, deliberately.
Perth Partners is a Lagos consultancy with two practices under one roof: financial advisory for individuals and small businesses, and technology for the companies that need real systems built.
We stay small on purpose. It means the person who scopes your work is the person who does it, with no handing you off to a junior team after the pitch. It means we can say no to engagements we're not right for, and mean it when we say yes.
Our method doesn't change much from client to client: listen closely, recommend what we'd do ourselves, and deliver exactly what we promised. The rest is just doing that, consistently, for long enough that people notice.
Three ideas the whole firm is built on.
Not a values poster. These are the actual decisions that shape who we take on, what we recommend, and how we build.
Independent advice
We're paid by you, not by the products we point you toward. So the advice you get is the advice we'd act on, including when the honest answer is "do nothing yet."
Built, not bought
We don't resell software you'll only half-use. When we build, we build to fit your operation, and we hand over something you own, understand, and can run without us.
An operator's mindset
We've kept the books and shipped the systems ourselves, so we plan for the ordinary chaos of a real business, not the tidy version that only exists in a proposal.
We help you make the decision, then we stay and build the thing the decision needs.
Sectors we know from the inside.
We bring cross-sector experience to every engagement, with particular depth in these six.
Financial services
Banks, fintechs, and investment houses navigating compliance and growth.
Real estate
Developers and management firms putting numbers and systems in order.
Healthcare
Hospitals, clinics, and health-tech teams that can't afford downtime.
Education
Schools, universities, and EdTech platforms modernising operations.
Government & NGOs
Public agencies and development organisations delivering accountably.
Retail & e-commerce
Online stores and consumer brands tightening margins and logistics.
Bring us the decision you've been putting off.
A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Tell us what you're weighing, then let us tell you plainly how we would approach it.
